Of the seventeen defendant municipalities, I entered into Consent
Judgments with sixteen of them and won a summary judgment against one.
The municipality against which I won summary judgment is
the City of Port Republic. The

The sixteen municipalities that entered into Consent Judgments are listed below. Next to each is a link for a “hard” copy and, where available, a “live” copy of the Consent Judgment. The “hard copies” are scans of what was filed with the court, and the “live” copies are text-searchable PDF versions from which text can be cut and pasted. (I don’t have a “hard” copy of Egg Harbor Township’s Consent Judgments because it has not, as of August 1, 2009, been entered by the Court, also I don’t have one from Hammonton Town because the lawyer has not yet sent me a copy.)
